This Privacy Policy explains how the appointed marketing team for Generations @ Tannery ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
When you submit an enquiry, registration or appointment form, we may collect your name, contact number, email address and the preferences or messages you provide. We do not collect sensitive financial information through this website.
Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry. We do not sell your personal data. We may share your details with authorised sales representatives strictly for the purpose of assisting you.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. We take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorised access.
